We are looking for a technical writer who has adept knowledge of blockchain technology, particularly smart contracts. Knowledge of machine learning and cloud technology is nice to have.

■ Conduct technical research and coordinate academic research on the “Product”
■ Working with the management and the design team to develop initial technical documentation standards.
■ Carry out individual and collaborative research with other team members.
■ Analyse large sets of data and information, drawing relevant conclusions & work to deadlines as required.
■ Prepare and deliver presentations when needed.
■ Working with the management and other writers prepare and write high-quality papers for submission to peer-reviewed journals and conference proceedings
■ Plan, develop, organize, write, and edit technical white papers, technical documentation, operational procedures and manuals including User Guides, Integration Guides, API Developer Guides and In-Platform documentation (tooltips, walkthroughs).
■ Research, develop and document technical design specifications and test scripts
■ Analyze and structure the existing documentation
■ Gather feedback on documentation to improve usability and act as an Editor to ensure consistency in training documentation
■ Working with our creative team and graphic designers, go beyond the traditional documentation, using advanced illustration techniques to demonstrate highly complex animations
■ Interact with product developers, analysts, testers, project managers and product marketers
■ Listen to our team to gather information and write documentation
■ Make sure to look at our organisation's existing documentation and optimise them for tech writing

To be more specific, you will be responsible for making some content for our website, including a hackathon page and a career page. You will also be reviewing some other documentation including job descriptions and company profile materials.
