In order to start our Inventory Planning in a smooth and orderly manner, we will need detailed information on the process of shipments, from shipment creation to labeling and raising the order to client’s warehouse, etc to know what we will be responsible for and how the process needs to be outlined for optimal efficiency. We will also need Proof of Inventory Ownership as well as Brand Owner signature to process any potential reimbursement requests for shipment issues. We will also need clarification on how items are prepared to be sent to FBA warehouse or before sending to customer if this is an FBM brand to be able to manage any customer claims or alerts from Amazon if items arrive damaged to buyers. If we are to Plan how many units we will need for each sku on a monthly basis, we will also need an inventory list of how many units are available to be shipped to FBA or to buyers each month. We will need to receive this inventory list before the 10th of every month.

  • Customer Weekly meetings: Listing quality notes as well as catalog organization suggestions, insights on best selling skus and higher traffic skus. 
  • Replenishment report: Insights on which skus are close to being oos, sales velocity indicators and replenishment forecasting to mantain level o sales and traffic
  • Checking weekly on Shipments, Orders, Inactive or supressed listings, Listing Quality
  • Monthly Orders report: Returns and Canceled Orders
