We are looking for an experienced Technical Interviewer to conduct HR and technical interviews for software engineering roles on behalf of our company. This is a long-term remote opportunity for professionals with strong English communication skills and solid software development experience. Responsibilities - Conduct HR interviews to evaluate communication skills, professionalism, and cultural fit - Conduct technical interviews to assess candidates’ real-world development experience - Join daily interview-related meetings with our internal team after onboarding - Provide structured feedback after each interview Requirements - Male(White) candidate - Very fluent English (spoken and written) - 3+ years of professional experience in at least one of the following: C# / .NET PHP / WordPress React / Next.js / Angular / Vue Node/Nest -Prior experience conducting HR or technical interviews is a strong plus Reliable internet connection and professional interview setup - Interview Process & Compensation HR Interview $10 per interview $15 if you pass Technical Interview $20 per interview $30 if you pass Compensation: $1,000 USD per month, payable monthly or bi-weekly.
