What we will do: -Hiring candidates as agents at Teleperformance company. -Freelancers will be sourcing online for hiring candidates in different types of accounts at Teleperformance Company. -There will be an induction session for Freelancers explaining all the Recruitment process and how we do it monthly. -Sourcing training for Freelancers by the Team Leader to provide all the tips and hints regarding how they can achieve the maximum outcome. -Daily following up on whatsApp with Freelancers will be provided by the Team Leader. -Commission per 1 head is 2000 EGP, Freelancer will be provided with a new bonus scheme if achieved 10 hired. -Daily posting on groups that will be shared with Freelancers is a must.
