Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and align recruiting efforts accordingly. Utilize various recruitment channels, including online job boards, social media, and professional networks, to source candidates. Conduct reference checks and background screening as needed. Coordinate and conduct new employee orientations and onboarding. Conducting exit interviews prepares exit reports and communicates it to the Recruitment & OD Manger in order to take necessary actions towards high turnover rate. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records and documentation. Assist in the preparation of reports, metrics, and analytics related to talent acquisition and employee relations. Employee Data Management: Maintain HR information systems and databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. Generate HR reports and analyze data to make informed decisions.
