English to Ukrainian Translator Project Title: Local Language Access: English to Ukrainian Translation Initiative Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and fluent English to Ukrainian translator to support our localization and language access efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating a variety of materials—including documents, web content, educational resources, and community outreach materials—from English into clear, culturally appropriate Ukrainian. Responsibilities: • Translate written materials from English to Ukrainian with accuracy, cultural relevance, and clarity. • Maintain the original meaning, tone, and style of the source content. • Ensure grammatical correctness and linguistic consistency. • Collaborate with the project team to meet deadlines and ensure quality control. • Proofread and revise translated materials as needed. Qualifications: • Fluency in both English and Ukrainian (written and spoken). • Proven experience in translation or localization work. • Strong understanding of Ukrainian cultural and regional nuances. • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently. • Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work. Preferred: • Experience in community outreach, education, or public service translation. • Familiarity with translation tools (e.g., CAT tools, Google Translate Toolkit).
