We are currently seeking a Customer Assistant to serve as a key point of contact for clients and visitors. This role is ideal for someone who values professionalism, discretion, and high-quality client service. The Customer Assistant will support the day-to-day front office operations and ensure that clients receive prompt and courteous assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional manner
Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person with clarity and discretion
Schedule appointments and manage calendars for attorneys and meetings
Maintain accurate client records and update internal systems as needed
Coordinate document intake, filing, and delivery under supervision
Assist in the preparation of client correspondence and simple administrative tasks
Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, front desk, or office assistant roles preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and time management
Proficiency in MS Office and general office equipment.
