| Project description: | The payroll processing system automates the pay process by gathering data on employee attendance, calculating various earnings, deductions and also generating periodic pay slip and periodic reports.
This system can encompass all employee-related transactions as well as integrate with any other systems. This system will aim to develop an automated system to pay employees their monthly salary. The system should store employee master details, salary details and leave details, allowances. At the end of the month the system should automatically generate the pay slip and also generate loan payments list, bank credit list etc. This system can be integrated with Leave and loan systems to give a holistic solution to the organization.
Complete Employee details, with joining information, movement through the organization, wage history, promotions and functional movements can be stored. Payroll history can be easily retrieved. Audit check for all the necessary payroll information available. Pre-process payroll generation allows for verification, correction and amendments to pay calculations.
Calculations of statutory deductions as per master settings, leave updates & medical reimbursement balances update for next month's payroll processing, arrears calculation, salary slip generation and dispatch, bonus calculations etc., are automated.
The project is developed using Asp.net as front end and oracle9i as backend.
